Evolutionary Algorithms in Design

An article on NewScientistTech titled "Evolutionary algorithms now surpass human designers" that generally discusses the design capabilities of EA's with examples, specifically those from the GECCO 2007 Human Competitive Results Competition (so called 'the humies'). Reminds me of all the cool examples on TalkOrigins "Genetic Algorithms and Evolutionary Computation". I'm happy whenever this stuff gets press :)
